Milk House – 24
All guaranteed number of reservations must be received
at least 3 days in advance of the event.
A $2.00 per person surcharge for each additional reservation
called in 24 hours before event.
CLUB RESTRICTION:
1. Only the Main Dining room picture can removed
2. Only White wood chairs can be used outside of the clubhouse
3. No taping, no nails to any painted surface of floors or walls
GUIDLINES:
1. Access to room is available 1 hour prior to start time of event.
Earlier access is available in 1 hour increments for a charge
of $50.00 per hour.
2. Decorations can be used but taping, staples, nailing or sticking objects to painted surfaces is not permitted.
3. Final food count for event is due 3 days before event.
Meals added within 24 hours are subject to a $2.00 each meal late fee.
